grand plaza hotel, kafd is a cozy place close to the city center, making it super convenient for my needs. the breakfast was quite impressive, especially with honey straight from the hive. the staff, particularly the gm, mr khaled, showed wonderful hospitality that made me feel welcomed during my stay.

the only mild critique would be the traffic noise, which is pretty common in the area.

Elegant lobby, cozy room, and the nearby attractions made our stay enjoyable, especially with the helpful staff and the fantastic breakfast buffet full of variety, while the indoor swimming pool provided a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring.

The air conditioner in our room was slightly less effective than expected.

the check-in process was quite slow,, but the location made up for it with easy access to kafd and surrounding areas. the room had fresh furniture and a great view from the higher floors. also, the elegant lobby was very welcoming. !

Got upgraded to a suite after arrival issues. free parking was a plus.
